Company Summary :

UnifyOrdering Ltd, (‘UO’ or ‘the Company’) is the world's first ordering platform in the food and drinks sector that allows both the buyers and suppliers to automate their ordering management processes easily, quickly and with no set up costs. Goods suppliers can immediately digitize their product brochures and share them instantly with their customers. Buyers such as restaurants , hotels, pubs, canteens, retail shops can easily purchase and manage goods from any supplier (even those who have not yet subscribed to the platform). Our current 10,000+ users, associated with 4,500 buyer companies and over 500 Supplier companies are testament to the effectiveness and cost savings associated with our platform and its ease of use as they transact  €20 million euro every month. Over the past 12 months we have developed and rolled out our latest  “Free to Premium” products which has allowed us to monetise both sides of the platform. We are currently revenue earning and will break even by Q3 2024.

This investment will fund expansion of our monetised products, enhance our marketing and sales activities and support our overseas pilots (Our pilot trial in Vancouver, Canada is already underway). Having already secured €300,000 from Irish investors on this round, we now want to open the round to the Spark investor community.
